3/23 INTERNET SPELLING

What is wrong with people misspelling words on the Internet? Sure, some people write in a hurry
and do not check their work before hitting that dreaded enter button. Okay, I can understand that
happening once or twice, but this occurs all the time. So, what are the reasons?

1. In a hurry - Hey, slow down. The Internet highway would run much smoother if we understood
what the Hell you just said.

2. Lazy - This means you. These lazy Larry's or Loretta's can't be bothered to check fo errors and
mistakes. Sorry if this is eating into the time you take avoiding real work.

3. You can't spell - Okay, so you went to a public school and spent more time studying for recess
than English - After all, you already speak it. So why do you need to study it?

4. You're a drunken SOB - Yeah, I'm looking at you, buddy! Unfortunately, many people post
while juiced. Sometimes they're funny, sometimes pathetic, but usually entertaining.

So what's my point? If you're a habitual bad speller, at least make the effort to clean it up. After all,
why post if nobody can understand you?
